Drinktr Order Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy on Order Cancellations
As of now, orders placed through the Drinktr App or Website cannot be canceled directly via the platform once they have been confirmed. Drinktr is a marketplace that connects customers with local stores and delivery services, but we are not responsible for the cancellation of orders after they are placed.
Once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately sent to the respective store for preparation. As a result, the ability to cancel an order depends on the individual store or delivery personnel.
2. Store and Delivery Discretion
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, you may try the following options:
Contact the Store: Reach out directly to the store or establishment from which you placed your order to discuss the possibility of cancellation. Each store has its own cancellation policy, and they may or may not accept your request depending on factors such as the order status and preparation stage.
Contact the Delivery Person: If the order is already with a delivery partner, you can attempt to negotiate directly with the delivery person. Cancellation or modifications at this stage are at the discretion of the delivery partner and the store.
3. Drinktr's Role and Liability
Drinktr is not liable for order cancellations or the failure to cancel orders. As a platform facilitating the connection between customers, stores, and delivery services, we do not manage or control the operations of individual stores or delivery partners. Any decision to cancel an order lies solely with the store or delivery person, not Drinktr.
4. Refunds
Since cancellations are handled by the stores or delivery partners, Drinktr does not issue refunds for canceled orders. Refunds, if applicable, must be requested directly from the store or delivery partner, depending on their respective policies.
In the event that the store or delivery partner agrees to cancel an order and offers a refund, the following will apply:
Refund Processing: The store or delivery service will process the refund. Drinktr does not manage the refund process and cannot guarantee the timeline or method by which you will receive your refund.
5. Exceptions
There may be some limited exceptions to the cancellation policy depending on the specific circumstances of an order. If there are any system errors (e.g., wrong delivery location selected due to technical issues) or operational mistakes, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team at support@drinktr.com, and we will do our best to facilitate communication with the store or delivery partner to resolve the issue.
